“It was a delight to get up really early on Sunday and head out on the road to join Bec for her fabulous long table Spring Lunch in her delightful, freshly “reincarnated” 1860’s barn . What a delight ! Our lunch was curated and prepared by “devoted cook, eater, food stylist , photographer and writer ” Michelle Crawford who arrived from the Huon Valley in Tasmania and Cherie Hausler passionate “tea maker, plant eater, cake baker, cookbook author and founder of the nourishing food brand, All The Things”, who joined us from The Barossa Valley to offer a plant based five course culinary feast complimented by delicious wines from Beechworth winemaker Little Frances.
Bec and Angus are passionate supporters of building community; masters of introductions ; encouragers of conversation and connections and bring people together with gentle ease so it was no wonder that I revelled in the company over lunch!! Brilliant discussion and debate; laughter and conversation over delicious food and .. who could want for more?!”
